Programs?

Which programs do you use to make sigs? And which can you recommend?


Personally, I use GIMP 2, which stands for Gnu Image Manipulation Program. I've used it for a couple of years now, it's easy for what I use it for, but to the beginner it's difficult.

I thought it'd give off the wrong image, like I've tried it before... I haven't, just to clear it up. It makes me sounds a bit weird, but it's just a picture
