What's up with this?

So, I go to log in as my old account, *___Milky_*[3xA], right? And it doesn't accept my password, so I click on the forgotten password link to try to request another. I typed in my email, and the email I used to register isn't linked with my account anymore, lol.
Then, I use another email and it comes up with "The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security."

So, basically I can't get onto my other forum account. Any ideas about what's happened?

It works now, nevermind. I hate you guys.

I gave you acces thougt under that other name, but then 5 min. later I thougt maybe hes a fake oneee because it was so unbelievable stupid to forget your password, so I removed that acces again.
