Problems with my Rune Sound.

Hej guys,

Time ago i installed Rune, i must download MultiFix ( Dual Core ) its fixed. No Problem with that anymore.
Just have Problems with the Sound. I hear all, but its fucked up. Its deformed in all Times. That makes me sick. Its Just in Rune.
I have a Gamers Notebook so i think that Rune does not seems compatible with the new soundcard. But i don't know how i can fix that Problem.
So i ask you all if you know or how to fix that.

I have a sound bug aswell sometimes - when I restarted Rune its mostly fixed, but sometimes I have to restart 6 times so its fixed, sometimes after 1 Rune restart.
Try it out. Is your net connection set to LAN/CABLE/DSL aswell?

Of Course it is. But I must play about W-Lan, then my connection sometimes fucked up.

The sound bug happens to me also, after I restart 1 time tho, it gets fixed. Have you tried experimenting with the sound quality, surround sound etc. options in rune?

i ve that fucking bug too...sometimes i need to restart multiple times
and changing th quality doenst change anything..i ve tried everything..so i ve to live with that bug -.- !

Haha - didnt know, thougt I was the only one with the problem, because I was like - WTF my h4x are buggedzor.

yea i always fixed this shit by restarting rune even 10times:D

I found out a solution against screeching. noisy sounds on an Unreal Tournament '99's post, as I experienced the same sound problem in this game. I gave it a try for Rune, and it works!

1. Open location of Rune.exe, you'll be in Rune's system folder.
2. Edit/Open Rune.ini and Search for Latency
3. You will find 2 values of 40. Change them for 60
4. Save your ini file.
5. Problem's solved
